Remember when you were twelve and everything started changing? Your body, your voice, your interests, your behaviour, your style. Madelief is now twelve years and then months old. She is in her early puberty, slowly becoming a young woman and getting ready to leave her warm safe nest and set foot into the outside world.
Her honesty and purity are remarkable. One minute she is very much still the young, energetic and spontaneous child, the other, she is thoughtful and reflective little lady, interested in grown-up conversations.
